Located in the beautiful countryside of the Limpley Stoke valley, the building itself dates back to the 16th century and boasts a wealth of period features which include a stone open fireplace, exposed beams and original stone mullioned windows to front and rear. Recently graded 4-star by the Quality in Tourism assessment scheme, you can be assured of a comfortable stay, with modern appliances and full central headting.

Accommodation:
Ground Floor :- Entrance Hall to Kitchen/Diner with Farmhouse Table, Fitted Kitchen.
Fully carpeted, spacious living area. Features include a inglenook fireplace with wood burner, and part exposed original stonewall and beams. There is also a cosy window seat. The relaxing sofas are perfect for watching the television, and a good quality DVD player is supplied. For the audiophile, a CD player system is also provided.

First floor :1 Double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom with Shower, Bath and Handbasin.

To the front of the cottage is a well maintained garden, planted with a wide variety of colourful shrubs and flowers. A pathway leads up to a patio area (below) equipped with a table and chairs - perfect for eating outdoors, or just relaxing.
