Dating from 1700, the property has been sympathetically restored by The Wiltshire Historic Buildings Trust using traditional methods. The cottage retains a wealth of original features and is situated on the A4 next to the famous Hare and Hounds, an old coaching inn where Charles Dickens is reputed to have stayed. Outside there is secluded courtyard and private, gated parking area. |
